Rea N. Waldon, Ph.D.

Rea is the Senior Vice President for the Economic Empowerment & Entrepreneurship for the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati. She has also been named the Executive Director of The Ohio Valley Women’s Business Council. Dr. Waldon’s background includes experience is banking, education, business development and healthcare. She has developed workshops for small businesses on topics such as strategic planning, leadership development and computerized accounting systems. Dr. Waldon was named Cincinnati Business Courier 2000 Mentor of the Year. She has been a coach and mentor to business owners and students alike.

Darraugh Butler

Darraugh is the Director of the Ohio River Valley Women’s Business Council (ORV-WBC), a program of the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati. ORV-WBC serves as the region processing organization for WBENC certifications covering Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Ms. Butler's background includes 20 + years experience in SMWBE and supplier diversity program administration. She is also a former President of the South Central Ohio Supplier Diversity Council where responsibilities included: Corporate membership, MBE certification, events management and Mentor Protégé’ program.

Maudie Moreno

Maudie is the Certification Coordinator for the Ohio River Valley Women’s Business Council, operated by the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati. Ms. Moreno’s background includes over 30 years of administrative experience in both the private and public sectors.
