Chris was recently promoted to Vice President Sales - Rental, North Central Region, where she is responsible for the growth of over $265M in business through 140 passionate sales professionals. She is recognized by the Illinois Diversity Council as one of the 2016 Most Influential and Powerful Women in the State.

Tiffany joined Eaton in the Supply Chain Management Leadership Development Program in 2015, and prior to Supplier Diversity worked in Supply Chain Program Management and New Product Development for the company's Vehicle Group Division. She holds a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the University of Southern California, and undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University.

Workshop: Be Cyberwise: Protect & Position Your Business for Growth

This workshop will address the many cyber threats that face business owners today. WBEs large and small will learn practical tips for improving information security, covering a range of safeguards from those that are implemented on a modest budget to more robust technical controls and strategies for investing in security. Attendees will learn about options for shifting risk, such as the benefits of obtaining cyber insurance and important considerations when shopping for "the right" policy, as well as how businesses can take to show potential customers and business partners that they are serious about security and enable the business to use that investment as a springboard for growth.

Allyson practices in the Covington, Kentucky office of Stites & Harbison. She has a diverse practice which includes representing clients in the areas of business, real estate and construction law. Allyson also handles commercial litigation for clients in a wide variety of areas, and routinely assists clients in obtaining business certifications, along with drafting contracts and business agreements, including joint venture agreements and partnership agreements. She has been a volunteer for ORV~WBC since 2009.

Sarah Cronan Spurlock, Attorney, Stites & Harbison, PLLC

Sarah practices in the Louisville, Kentucky office of Stites & Harbison... She is Co-chair of the firm's Privacy & Data Security Group and a member of the firm's Health Care Service Group. She advises clients on privacy and information security laws, including health information privacy regulations, and data breach prevention and response. Sarah is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
